Key responsibilities of this role are :
Process transactional needs of clients, by processing cash transactions, deposits (including term deposits), withdrawals, loan / bill payments, cheque cashing / ordering, personal information updates on accounts, foreign currency, fund transfers, drafts, official cheques, and night deposit.
Initiate conversations with clients to proactively identify their financial needs.
Actively sell BlueShore Financial products and services or refer clients with more complex requirements to specialized branch staff.
Apply and uphold branch policies, procedures and controls to meet complex compliance requirements and protect our branch and clients assets.
Qualifications and Experience
1-2 years of customer service and cash experience (sales experience preferred).
Some post-secondary education preferred.
