Someone with the ability to inspire a sales team to be number ONE and a heavy focus on growth and potential. Must love to travel and enjoy the challenges of leading a team at arm’s length.

You will be responsible for :

  • Effectively supervise and motivate team members in Orangeville, Newmarket, Barrie, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie and Timmins
  • Objectively set sales targets and achieve / exceed sales targets
  • Appropriately deal with difficult situations with team members and customers
  • Effectively determine the hiring of appropriate sales reps
  • Effective training of key responsibilities of sales reps
  • Work closely with RSM and the DSM’s within the Cargo division
  • You need :

  • Sales and management experience
  • Ability to motivate and supervise personnel; need to have shown leadership skills, willing to accept changes
  • Must be will to participate in the High Potential Program with Wurth
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain objective and positive in stressful situations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Self-motivated; you have a desire to succeed
  • Should live within the district
  • Previous experience as a sales representative
