We are currently looking for a Manager, Digital CRM and Integrated Communications at our Corporate Offices in Ajax, ON
As someone that is tech savvy, you will focus on Digitalization, Automation, Data and Systems Integration to achieve an industry leading Omni channel customer experience.
The incumbent will leverage prior experience in advanced customer relationship management, digital transformation, data management and customer centric operations to help create a digitally connected eco-system and communications channel.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing, you will also lead the development of a next generation intelligent CRM capability to fully enable integrated cross disciplines (Marketing, Sales, After-Sales, Connected Vehicles and Volkswagen Finance) highly customer centric digital programs necessary to support and sustain Volkswagen Canada’s aggressive transformation and business goals over the next coming years.
Primary Responsibilities :
Oversee existing CRM Programs, evaluate and evolve them as well as create new CRM initiatives to provide change management leadership and business opportunities.
Develop a holistic cross-channel strategy to support on-going optimization and increased conversion
Using Advanced Analytics and Predictive models identify new opportunities to profile and segment our customer database and define strategies to leverage these to drive business results
Partner with internal teams to drive personalization and integration across all Marketing channels such as Social, web platform, digital media and email
Work closely with IT&S to manage the customer database with ongoing Database Hygiene, managing consent, Data Sharing Agreements and data integrity as well as managing new system integrations for the Volkswagen Brand (DataLake, SalesForce Solutions, Data Management Platform (DMP)).
Working with all lines of business from Customer Care, Sales, After-Sales, Marketing, Volkswagen Finance and Dealers create a holistic technical map of all data architecture and system integrations to influence future plans and optimizations for a personalized and relevant communications plan.
Work closely with Agency Partners to implement new programs driving automation, optimization and increase business results
What we’re asking for :
A self- starter and able to handle ambiguous projects
10 years of complex and technology focused experience within marketing and 8 years of supervisory experience
Proven success in database marketing, advanced analytics, digital transformation, project management including Agile and / or SAFe agile process automation and system integration.
Partners at all levels of the organization, with ability to negotiate and influence to achieve results
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
