The Service Enablement team is unique within the marketing organization. Made up of people who have diverse backgrounds, knowledge and experience, we are inquisitive, collaborative, supportive of each other, and excited to work with teams across the organization to deliver innovative solutions to address the ever changing competitive landscape of communications.

We have the flexibility to determine how we approach solving strategic problems including use of workshops, service design, proofs of concept, and leveraging insights from real customer experience.

The key to everything is communication and we provide ways for marketing to meet the needs of our customers for all types of communications methods, on a wide range of devices wherever and however they need to communicate.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

You will leverage your strong business and technical knowledge of TELUS’ Products & Services to develop new product capabilities owning the end-

to-end from ideation through to execution. You will work closely with marketing stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and evolve the roadmap of our suite of products, leading and participating in the cross functional implementation for complex project deployments.

Your exceptional organizational skills will be applied across all stages of implementation, from conception, planning, development, deployment and testing, all the way through to market launch of new capabilities and services.

Here's how

  • Utilize effective project management, communication, and reporting / escalation processes to deliver on program objectives and ensure benefits & desired outcomes are realized against scope, time and budget objectives
  • Accountable to deliver projects on schedule and on budget that both innovate and simplify the customer experience
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from Marketing, Business Transformation, Technology Strategy, Channel, Customer Experience & Digital to bring new capabilities to market
  • Develop solid business case justification for product development and enhancements
  • Track and manage product issues and defects identified across the organization and, with your cross functional team, and determine the course of action to resolve
  • Identify opportunities to optimize revenue and customer experience across the customer life cycle
  • Prioritize and make recommendations to a senior executive audience
  • Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Solid understanding of fundamental Mobility concepts and principles throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Previous experience with complex systems orchestration and integration that will support the end to end customer experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate, sell ideas and influence without authority
  • Project management skills with focus on how each decision can / will impact the customer experience
  • Knowledge of pricing and billing processes including previous experience with billing, rating, charging and product catalogue systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness with the ability to give, take, and act on, feedback in a positive way
  • Technical inquisitiveness, willing to get into the details of a solution to the degree that you can own the solution as the business prime
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Commerce or related discipline
  • Process design and re-engineering skills
  • Great-to-haves

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Business or Commerce is an asset
  • Workshop facilitation skills and experience
