The Service Enablement team is unique within the marketing organization. Made up of people who have diverse backgrounds, knowledge and experience, we are inquisitive, collaborative, supportive of each other, and excited to work with teams across the organization to deliver innovative solutions to address the ever changing competitive landscape of communications.
We have the flexibility to determine how we approach solving strategic problems including use of workshops, service design, proofs of concept, and leveraging insights from real customer experience.
The key to everything is communication and we provide ways for marketing to meet the needs of our customers for all types of communications methods, on a wide range of devices wherever and however they need to communicate.
Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
You will leverage your strong business and technical knowledge of TELUS’ Products & Services to develop new product capabilities owning the end-
to-end from ideation through to execution. You will work closely with marketing stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and evolve the roadmap of our suite of products, leading and participating in the cross functional implementation for complex project deployments.
Your exceptional organizational skills will be applied across all stages of implementation, from conception, planning, development, deployment and testing, all the way through to market launch of new capabilities and services.
