The schools are held in high regard for their provision and practice around SEND due to the impressive foundations laid by the current post holder and this is something all staff are committed to building upon.
Due to the promotion of our current SENDCO, we are seeking to appoint a part time, inspirational leader who will champion the needs of our more vulnerable children across both schools.
This is an influential role that involves working collaboratively between the Infant and Junior Schools. The SENDCo will take responsibility for the day-
to-day provision for pupils with SEND and provide professional guidance in order to secure high quality teaching and the effective use of resources to bring about improved standards of achievement for these pupils.
The SENDCo will be part of the schools Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) and so contribute to the strategic direction of the schools.
