Talentcor Professional is currently recruiting for temporary Administrative Assistants for our major Hospital client. Location is downtown Toronto.

Pay rate : $16.60 / hr

Ongoing temporary assignments


Performance Expectations

Financial and accounting responsibilities :

  • processing and monitoring of cost centre expenses
  • liaising with appropriate personnel to follow-up on financial matters
  • responsibility for financial tasks such as billing
  • analyzing monthly financial reports and following up on discrepancies
  • Provides secretarial support :

  • preparing and distributing agendas and minutes for meetings, follow-up and / or implementation of items resulting from minutes
  • arranging meeting rooms, meals, audio visual and equipment services for meetings / events
  • scheduling and confirming appointments for staff using judgment to reschedule or book appointments according to changing priorities
  • handling incoming inquiries, preparing reports and presentation material including slides, word processing and spreadsheets
  • Experience

  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Dicta and experience in recording and transcribing minutes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated, proactive and have demonstrated excellence in organizing and prioritizing workflow
