The purpose of this position is to provide analytical support & governance for both daily processes and strategic initiatives within the Product Master domain within CCCBL.
This role will ensure compliance to Product master data governance standards for product change requests to BSNA. It will monitor, review & maintain all product master inputs to ensure the highest possible levels of data accuracy in the SAP, CONA, and JDA system.
The role will provide approval for ultimate maintenance executed by BSNA and will require the a bility to manage work effectively manage one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and accurately.

12- month contract opportunity
Develop, publish, train and enforce product master processes, SOPs and best practices
Manage supply planning master data for finished goods materials spanning across Production plants and Distribution centers
Maintain master data settings to optimize Supply Network and Deployment planning tools
Research and maintain optimal sourcing and implement within SAP / JDA Transportation Lanes
Review safety stocks parameters to eliminate any supply shortages
Collaborate with Product Commercialization managers across organization to ensure innovation materials are set-up adhering to pre-launch timelines
Collaborate with teams across organization to ensure that APO master data is updated when inventory levels are depleted at locations for delisted SKUs.
Create, modify, run scripts to support upload of mass amounts of SAP / APO / JDA master data
Analyze and execute product sourcing changes to support Business needs
Troubleshoot orders stuck in Core Interface (CIF) to ensure orders are transferred from CONA / JDA to ERP Central Component (ECC)
Update packaging instructions
Monitor and action master data errors identify when Forecast is released from Demand Planning to SNP
Monitor and action master data errors during SNP and Deployment optimization runs
Maintain PPDS master data matrices
Identify Master data inconsistencies between Demand Planning and SNP and between APO / JDA SNP and SAP ECC systems.
Manage shared email box to support requests from planning team and internal customers
Perform data profiling on master data as a means of maintaining / improving data integrity and ensuring adherence to standards
Provide feedback to the business regarding process performance and compliance, as well as data accuracy measurements and progress
Recommend changes to system and processes as a part of continuous improvement efforts
Provide SME knowledge of SAP & JDA master data structures, approved values, data interactions and relationships, interfaces, governance / maintenance processes and SOPs
Point of contact for ongoing SAP & JDA product master connections ECC and BI reporting.
Conducting User Group meetings
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering degree preferred)
Experienced in Demand planning (DP), Procurement planning, Production planning (PP / PPDS), Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Deployment planning (TLB) JDA system knowledge proficiency is must
MM / PP modules
Experienced working within consumer package goods and manufacturing environment.
Capability to manage highly complex master data and SAP / JDA system issues
Exceptional attention to detail and process driven
Advanced analytic and quantitative skills (including large amounts of data) and synthesis of conclusions
Collaborate with others in order to achieve the best results and deliver the most value
Work well under pressure in a dynamic, deadline driven and fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (explaining reports, analysis and insights to business partners)
Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to set and work to a deadline
Apply knowledge and insights to solve master data business issues
Must understand the importance and benefits of good data quality and champion results across functions
Must be able to work within a team environment
Supply chain certifications an asset
