We are seeking an success driven, goal oriented, bilingual (English / French) Telesales Executive who will raise awareness of company solutions in the Canadian market by generating new business and qualifying inbound leads.
This is an exciting time to join our organization due to a new long-term growth strategy within the North American region.
You will be expected to perform the following :
Generate leads through direct cold calling (in English and / or French) to C-Suite and management level decision makers calling businesses and industries based on strategy defined by sales leadership.
Partner with our outside Sales Executives by sharing experience in prospects in an effort to drive business leads resulting in revenue
Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to develop and execute outbound marketing strategies
Diligently document activity, notes and prospect data in appropriate systems
The ideal candidate must possess the following : :
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast paced, target driven, phone-based environment.
Previous B2B sales in financial, banking or insurance solutions
Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills, as well as organizational skills
Disciplined approach to day to day work
Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated, as well as work collaboratively in a team environment when necessary
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
