Responsibilities
Embraces Lodging Ovation’s Leadership Best Practices and Mission to ensure an extraordinary vacation experience for all Owners and Guests.
Responds to inquiries and reservations requests for Owners in an efficient, professional and accurate manner
Establishes effective and efficient procedures for managing the relationships with Owners.
Maintains regular communication with General Manager, Front Office Manager, and OS Coordinator
Coordinate monthly, quarterly and yearly correspondence to Owners
Reports on calls from the Owners and any Owner issues
Take minutes at council meetings.
Attend all council, HOA, special and annual general meetings
Qualifications & Experience :
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluent in English
Energetic and positive attitude
Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Detail oriented, well organized
Ability to work lead staff and also be a strong independent worker in a deadline oriented environment.
Front desk and concierge experience necessary
Having experience in dealing with FTL owners is preferred

The budgeted range starts at otherCompensation . Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
