oriented people with excellent analytical and communication skills to take on this very crucial position within their company.
Duties of the Position :
Oversee and support "sales analysts" to track, prioritize, and organize prospects / current customers and set scheduling priorities
Management of Current Sales Channels
Help optimize the performance of sales force members by ensuring they are focusing on the right opportunities and assigning resources
Manage, optimize, and grow the sales network
Develop a process to Identify high caliber potential clients and build pipelines and develop new sales channels
Proactively Manage / Support influential clients to optimize R.O.I
Weekly review of priorities and progress with all sales channels
Develop marketing plans, material, and support for new sales capabilities
Ensure the website and all marketing material remains up to date and compelling
With other senior members of the management team, identify, recruit, and onboard new sales resources
With HR, establish an efficient and effective onboarding process for all new sales resources
Develop training programs for sales and potential sales resources, ensuring that all new product ideas are properly launched with the sales force and training provided
Regularly attend sales calls with the various sales resources to identify and extend best practices
Provide coaching and development in closing sales for employees who want to move into sales and for existing sales resources
Develop and maintain relationships with key external participants in the sales process including organizing and facilitating presentation and follow up activity with various institutions
As part of the management team, actively participate in strategic planning and execution of initiatives
Ensure that sales work cohesively with operations to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
Educational background & experience :
University degree preferably in an Accounting or Business discipline (MBA preferred).
5+ years in a Sales and / or Marketing management role with demonstrated experience building and maintaining constructive, cooperative relationships at all levels of the customer experience.
Demonstrated success over an extended period in developing and executing Sales and Marketing strategies.
Demonstrated experience forming, managing and mentoring teams.
Resourceful and resilient, possessing a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, loyalty, and a strong commitment to achievement and client satisfaction.
Superior oral and written communications skills, including the ability to make effective technical and business presentations.
Able to think in broad terms, innovative and creative with the ability to devise and share best practices.
