About The Role

Dialpad is looking for a full-time HR Operations Program Manager to help us build, manage and scale our global HR programs, policies and practices.

We are seeking someone who has a passion for getting things done, takes ownership, has great attention to detail, and is committed to being a valuable resource to employees throughout our growing organization.

This role will report to the Senior Manager, HR Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and own HR operational programs and initiatives from planning to delivery to ongoing management. HR operational programs will include global total rewards, compliance, country expansion, HRIS management, employment policy development, and other initiatives to support the People team & business needs.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor effectiveness and prepare recommendations for improvement for all global HR policies & programs while maintaining alignment with business goals
  • Design and implement global employee benefits, perks and wellness program
  • Support global employee compensation function and manage compensation cycles
  • Manage & own compliance activities and employment policies for all countries
  • Lead global expansion to develop processes, policies & programs in the new country
  • Design and manage reporting metrics and tools to inform business decisions to forecast and analyze program outcomes for all HR programs
  • Collaborate with and support the People Experience Team and stakeholders across the business to understand current processes and tools, and identify how to best elevate the employee lifecycle
  • Be the subject matter expert to employees, managers and leadership for all HR Operations programs
  • About you

  • You have at least 4+ years experience in an HR role, preferably with an emphasis in HR Operations
  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment. Previous experience working at a global technology company a plus
  • You have strong attention to detail
  • You have strong program / project management skills
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize with others and anticipate, respond, and pivot to the needs of the employees and business
  • You are a go-getter who can own a project with varying levels of instruction and run with it
  • You have a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with total discretion
  • You understand employment laws and best practices
