Cardtronics, the world's leader in ATM deployment and operations, is aggressively seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Territory Sales Manager.
In this role, the candidate will work to grow the organization’s market position by adding new ATMs. This individual will manage a defined territory building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
As a Territory Sales Manager, this individual will prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Deliver profitable new installs to the business and maximize return from each site you install
Identify the best sites for us, ensure we are not undermining existing sites, and do the best possible commission deal and proposition for our overall profitability.
Achieve a minimum of 120 new ATM installs FY18, in line with company targets.
Consistently achieve a minimum of quality sign ups per week and per month, in line with company targets.
Adhere to the company guidelines in relation to the mix of propositions we are aiming to deploy this financial year and target surcharge levels.
Manage your pipeline effectively
Own your pipeline and data
Ensure database is up to date and clear.
Keep pending sites clear and moving, you own these.
Always know where your sites are up to in the pipeline so you can explain this.
Follow company procedures in terms of paperwork and process and procedures
Complete survey forms accurately.
Always ensure all paperwork meets the agreed criteria and is complete and full.
Process new approval packs within agreed SLA’s.
Develop internal relationships with Relationship Executives.
Drive your own territory to grow your own business
You will be responsible for generating your own leads by cold calling, referrals, networking etc. in order to achieve predefined targets.
Never drive past a good site without going in and collecting exit dates etc.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge in market, understanding the ATM market and competitors’ products preferred
Good territory management
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
Flexibility to work outside of core hours if required to meet the needs of the business
Trustworthy and discretion when handling confidential information
Enjoy networking and meeting new people
