We are currently looking for experienced insurance brokers to join our London North team. If you are a team player and enjoy networking to build your client base you could be a great fit.

As an insurance broker at the BIG London North brokerage, the individual will thrive in a great environment suited for success.

We provide our brokers with training and coaching, for personal and commercial insurance products to build a portfolio of profitable clients.

Our insurance broker role requires a sales-oriented and outgoing individual to network, foster relationships, and generate leads.

The individual will grow and maintain their book of business with an exceptional compensation structure and ownership of book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through your networks and centers of influence
  • Ability to identify and solve our clients changing insurance requests
  • Adhere to underwriting guidelines set out by broker business partners
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with insurers and underwriters
  • Promote client loyalty through relationship building
  • Be a front-of-the-line underwriter to assess and accept risks within established guidelines
  • Able to multitask service and new business policies
  • Flexibility to work from office or home
  • Qualifications

  • RIBO, OTL, or LLQP licence
  • Sales focused, driven to go out and create referral partners from various business sources
  • Ability to generate leads through various sources
  • Independent, ambitious, accountable, and open to learning new sales tactics
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and client focused
  • Looking to grow within a rapidly expanding brokerage
  • 1 Year of property and casualty insurance experience is required
