Who you are

As the Managing Director, of our brokerage division within GTA, you will be focusing primarily on our Toronto North office.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a revenue and market share growth strategy for the Private Investment market.

What you bring :

  • Progressive leadership experience with a sales or real estate environment.
  • Exemplary communicator, comfortable in a client facing role.
  • Experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Understands market cycles and sets short and long-term strategies taking these into consideration.
  • Strong skills in the following areas : critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, business management, human relations, financial analysis, budgeting, relationship building, time management, planning and organizing.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high energy.
  • Bonus skills and experience

  • Managing broker license (or working towards it).
  • MBA, industry certificates, designations and licenses an asset.
