Job Summary :
The successful candidate will be an integral senior member of the Group Benefits consulting team. The incumbent will be responsible for consulting, managing a book of clients for the practice, mentoring other members of the Group Benefits team and identifying potential growth and new business opportunities to achieve targets.
Responsibilities include managing the annual renewal process, marketings, providing expertise on topical issues and plan re-
design, implementing proactive and creative solutions, assisting clients through union negotiations, assessing risk tolerance in terms of plan funding, drafting new business proposals and taking a lead in shortlist presentations.
The incumbent will also participate in projects, initiatives, internal and external media development, seminars and research.
