We are looking for dynamic individuals who will take ownership of digital advertising campaigns and manage the planning, trafficking and reporting processes to ensure outstanding results.
You will be part of an innovative and fast-paced team within Rogers Media focusing on new and emerging ideas to improve marketing and advertising marketplace.
Responsibilities / What you will be doing :
Manage planning, setup, pacing and reporting of ad campaigns on DSP platforms.
Review and QA campaign details and ad creative to ensure they comply with specifications.
Investigate and troubleshoot any issue with ad tag implementation, impression or click discrepancies, or other ad serving.
Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure client’s targets are met successfully.
Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand client expectations and recommend the appropriate campaign approach.
Analyze and interpret campaign results to provide insights and suggest improvements to enhance future results and document best practices.
Qualifications / What you will bring :
2+ years experience flighting campaigns on different ad servers, DSPs, DMPs and other media buying platforms (namely DBM / DV360, Simplifi, social platforms such as Facebook and Twitter)
Experience implementing and testing conversion pixels on a client's site.
Post-Secondary Education in related field is required, university degree preferred.
Strong analytical capabilities with aptitude for determining the optimal ways to setup, deliver, troubleshoot, and QA campaigns.
Highly motivated with strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills necessary.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and available to support campaigns after office hours on occasions.
Exceptional relationship management and communications (written and verbal)
Knowledge of display and video ad serving
Knowledge of sales management systems (i.e. DSM)
Teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong experience working in Excel and Power Point required
Understanding of programmatic campaigns and the programmatic space
