What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant, Assets & Innovation within our Supply Chain & Network Optimization (SCNO) practice, you will be responsible for contributing to a portfolio of Deloitte’s innovative AI and analytics based Supply Chain assets and engagements (projects) within your focus area.

This role has full life-cycle responsibility over these projects, which includes responsibility for identifying opportunities, proposal development and pursuit assistance, project delivery, team leadership and team performance, quality of our project deliverables, and engagement financials.

Specifically, you will :

  • Work at the intersection of disruptive technology and the Supply Chain to help clients connect the dots between the art of the possible and how it can drive real, tangible results to meet their goals today
  • Offer expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics as it relates to the Supply Chain
  • Design and develop innovative AI and Analytics products for clients based on their desired use case, aspirations and vision
  • Work with high profile clients on a variety of Canadian and international engagements, including opportunity to travel across Canada and internationally (as needed)
  • Contribute to practice growth and development through contribution towards thought leadership and training programs related to the use of Artificial Intelligence in the Supply Chain

    We work closely with AI Data Scientists and Cloud Data Engineers teams to drive successful business outcomes. To support our continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced leader with extensive hands-on work experience developing cutting-edge strategic programs and assets, ideally in the data, analytics and / or AI domains.

  • Strong perspective on the use of Artificial Intelligence and Analytics in the Supply Chain; hands on experience designing and developing such solutions is considered an asset
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to create new business and the ability to inspire followership amongst team members
  • 3 5 years of expertise and a proven track record of success in one or more key Supply Chain domains :
  • Supply Chain Planning (e.g. Demand & Inventory Planning, Network Optimization, Supply Planning, Finite Scheduling, Constrained Master Planning, etc.)
  • Strategic Sourcing / Procurement
  • Logistics and Distribution (Warehousing, Routing, etc.)
  • Manufacturing Strategy and Operations (e.g., Maintenance and Reliability, Process Management, etc.)
  • Superior communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and strong analytical skills
  • Undergraduate studies in Business / Engineering / Mathematics / Computer Science; postgraduate studies in Computer Science or Supply Chain related specializations advantageous
