Swim Recruiting is seeking an HRIS data entry professional to help our client with setting up a centralized HR model in Successfactors for Canada!

Who- the Company :

Our client is one of the most significant global companies in Vancouver. They have a reputation in Vancouver and beyond for hiring top talent and for providing their employees with interesting and challenging work in a positive and professional environment.

What- the Opportunity :

Contract HRIS data entry professional until December 31st 2020. This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate with some exposure to SAP SuccessFactors to join a global organization! This company has recently moved a large portion of their operations to the US and are in the process of centralizing their HR function.

This is a unique opportunity to help be a part of creating this HR Services Model in the US for their Canadian operations! Responsibilities include :

  • Oversight and ownership of personnel administration;
  • Responsible for accurate and timely transaction within HRIS of employee lifecycle changes within payroll deadlines (hires, changes to employees, leaves, terminations, etc.)
  • Develop process documentation for personnel administration creating procedures, templates, best practices, standards, guidelines, and policies to create effective and consistent practices
  • Design and generate regional and global reports and analytics.
  • Support HRIS projects and assist the broader needs of the department as required
  • Utilize HR Technology to assist business owners through system troubleshooting, report creation and analysis, and undertake ad-hoc requests to address business needs
  • Assist in ad-hoc and value-added analysis to support business objectives and priorities
  • Who- the Candidate :

    We are looking for a bright candidate with strong attention to detail and some exposure to SAP SuccessFactors. Other key criteria includes :

  • Diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years’ experience
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or SAP considered an asset.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated proficiency in the remaining Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under time pressure and balance multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively, multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong team player.
  • French and / or Spanish language skills would be beneficial
  • Where :

    Our client will interview, hire, and train remotely during Covid-19 physical distancing. This role can be based anywhere working from home.

    Once it’s safe to do so, this role can based in the heart of downtown Vancouver- very transit accessible. Beautiful corporate office! This person could also just continue working from home!
