Job Summary :
The Harvest Technician will oversee and be the technical expect for post-harvest activities, which will include harvesting, drying, bucking, trimming, curing and bulk packaging.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist the Post Harvest lead with the complete drying process and ensure the dried product meets required specifications
Schedule all post-harvest activities to ensure a smooth work flow.
Weigh, combine and manage bulk inventory containers, ensuring accurate weights.
Label and seal packaged products.
Assist in fulfillment and shipping during peak periods.
Maintains a safe work environment by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Other duties as assigned by Harvest Lead and the Operations Manager
Must be able to safely and carefully operate and use assigned equipment and machinery.
Ability to learn new processes.
Able to communicate effectively with team members.
Thorough understanding of company goals, objectives, policies and matters related to the business.
Other duties as assigned by QAP.

Salary : Commensurate with experience and qualifications
Security Clearance : Security Clearance may be required for this position.
Working Hours : Full-Time,40 hours a week. Shift can be between 6 : 00 am 6 : 00 pm with longer hours in evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements : Standing for long periods of time and the ability to be able to lift up to 40lbs
