Be the front line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations.

You will develop customer relationships through attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops including providing concepting vision and strategies for customers that differentiate our solutions.

You will maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends.

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop new solutions sales business through prospecting and networking
  • Provide technical expertise consulting on complex technical and business issues
  • Implement sales plans for the assigned accounts
  • Analyze and identify issues with key accounts’ distribution systems and works with Application Engineering and other team members to develop proposed solutions
  • Lead the sales process as necessary to profitably meet or exceed sales goals
  • Represent the Solutions Team at assigned sales activities such as industry trade shows, trade organizations, and customer training
  • Travel up to 30%

  • Post-Secondary Education in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering technologies with emphasis in robotics or automation
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex solution sales to the distribution and fulfillment operations
  • Valid Driver’s license

  • Technical or sales proficiency in the warehouse controls systems, controls, and mechanical elements highly preferred
  • Understand automated material handling systems design based on the distribution center concept
  • Experience in a retail distribution environment
  • Experience in sales of connected technologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical and industrial engineering
  • Strong senses with electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to analyze and solve customer material handling requirements
  • Knowledge of the details, features, and benefits of all Intelligrated technology
  • Ability to interact with technical and engineering teams to help ensure the suitability of the recommended solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and, after training, Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
