The Role :

  • Providing superior "best-in-class" customer service in French and English
  • Handling inbound calls
  • Placing orders and tracking live inventory
  • Updating customer information into the system
  • Handling escalation calls / complaints / irate customers
  • Quoting and order processing
  • Capitalize on cross selling opportunities
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • A team-player who is willing to get involved in all aspects of the company's operations
  • Bilingual English and French
  • 2 years with Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Goods experience is a must
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM
  • Must be well organized for a high paced environment
  • Knowledge of CRM / Excel / PowerPoint / Lotus Notes
  • Strong experience in a call centre
  • Must come from a fast paced professional industry
