Performing repairs to approved items
Managing repairs and responding to service calls
Providing technical support
VFD Repair and Programming
DC Drive Repair and Programming
Excellent Soldering Skills of Standard and SMD Components
Understanding of Electronic Circuit Theory and Repair to component level
Embedded PLC Operation and Troubleshooting
AC & DC Power Fundamentals
Automated Machine Theory
Electrical Drawings (Circuit diagrams, Schematics, etc.)
Electrical Logic Fundamentals
Sensor Applications and Troubleshooting
Series and Parallel Circuit Analysis
Servo System Fundamentals and Troubleshooting
Understanding and Use of Oscilloscopes, Multimeters and other testing equipment
Understanding Tolerances (measures)
Basic knowledge of phonematic and hydraulic systems
2-4 years of experience in the industrial electronic service field
Completion of the Electronic Technician Certificate or Equivalent
Excellent customer relationship & communication skills
Exceptional problem solving ability and strong attention to detail
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and sound judgement
Ability to work in a high pressure environment until deadlines
Ability to work in poor environment conditions (ex. loud noise, poor lighting, at heights, inclement weather etc.)
Occasional heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Ability to travel 10% of the time
