Mindshare is looking for a Discrepancy Coordinator with a keen eye for detail and love of numbers. This role is in the Finance team and works closely with the Client Leadership team for the financial hygiene of the agency.

The Coordinator acts as a liaison between the Client Leadership Team and the billing department to ensure financials are in order and clients are billed accurately.

Working in a team environment, you will add value across Mindshare’s portfolio of accounts, introduce new efficiencies in day-to-day operations, and mitigate financial risk to the organization.

How you will make an IMPACT :

  • Manage monthly reporting and billing for the client, matching invoices to media buys and approving for payment
  • Identify, resolve, clear discrepancies and work on client reconciliations, reviewing vendor statements for media buys for digital and broadcast
  • Act as the day-to-day liaison between Client Leadership team, Finance team and vendors when needed
  • Request for online vendor set up request and coordinate requirements from media and vendors when needed
  • Ensure that client accounts are in good standing and invoices have been processed for payment
  • Monitor and report the monthly budget of the client, providing bi-monthly updates when needed
