To provide services, assistance, direction, welcome, and thanks, to theguest and member as they arrive and depart - two of the most important pointsof contact.
Direct responsibilities as an equipment coordinator will include;greeting golfers as they arrive, assisting with equipment, passing off to nextnamed Greywolf team member, and conversely assisting as the golfers leave.
Essential Functions :
Meeting and greeting golfers as they arrive anddepart.
Coordination and maintenance of rentalequipment; carts, clubs.
Cleaning and storing, including charging ofrental carts.
Responsible for stocking and presentation ofrental equipment.
Assistance with clear directions for guest.
Communicating with other Greywolf employees toenhance the guest experience and improve on our products and services.
Ambassador for Greywolf.
Attendance of departmental meetings and otherduties as required.
Assisting in operation of practice facility asneeded.
Operating the member club storage program daily
SpecialSkills / Equipment :
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Love of the game of golf.
Ability to deal with pressure situationsprofessionally.
Must be physically healthy in order to stand thepressures of dealing with the public and staff issues.
This position also requires the ability toverbally communicate clearly.
Interacts with the Greywolf Management Team’ aswell as all Greywolf employees and will have some interaction with other Panorama Mountain Villagestaff as necessary.
At times interaction may be required with media orpotential reporters and promoters of Greywolf. Most importantly contact withGreywolf’s guests and members.
