As a Reception / Admin Assistant and part of the TPD team, you will be required to :
Participate in respectful workplace conduct
Have working knowledge in Microsoft word / excel / outlook
Prior experience in a Reception or Administration position
Great phone manners
Operate a switchboard
Book meetings and board rooms using Outlook
other adhoc admin duties
