Your Opportunity :
The Administrative II is responsible for professional administrative support to the Area Manager, Care Managers, and the team members of Integrated Home Care-
Consult and Treat Team. The incumbent will use excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to support the activities of the Integrated Home Care administrative office and staff at multiple sites.
The incumbent ensures an efficient flow of communications between clients and their care providers. This position’s assigned work includes, but is not limited to : First point of contact for all clients calling in.
Directing the flow of calls to the appropriate individuals and teams.Filing Client charts and paper work.Working closely with the team and assisting where possible.
As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Required Qualifications :
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications :
Successful completion of a Medical Terminology course from a recognized facility required.Post-secondary education applicable to the position and or experience satisfactory to the employer required.
Accurate and proficient keyboarding skills with a minimum of 40 wpm required.Must possess a good understanding and working knowledge of computers required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Home care experience is an asset.
