    Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing and sales teams by creating powerful content to drive acquisition and retain customers
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams and business leaders to execute the marketing content plan
  • Develop relevant content, which includes case studies, thought leadership articles, website content, blogs, press releases, earnings reports, scripts, marketing and sales collateral, video scripts, internal announcements, employee communications, and other written materials
  • Serve as an editor for the Spark Power customer newsletter
  • Interpret technical explanations and translate it into content that is accessible to a business audience while maintaining accuracy
  • Research, monitor, and stay informed on topics and current business issues related to Spark Power's services, offerings, and customers
  • Ensure consistent tone and voice across all company content
  • Requirements :

  • University degree in journalism, communications, English literature, marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years of related experience, including content creation in B2B environment
  • Experience developing a variety of content
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills
  • Ability to create content in a fast-paced environment, from interviewing and research, to storyboarding, to gathering input, and writing the piece
  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing principles and related areas such as search engine optimization, writing for the web, and social media
  • Excellent interpersonal skills interacts well with all levels of staff and partners with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of team
  • A learning mindset and a drive to always do better
