We are looking for a Business Development Specialist, AUTOPRO to actively develop our existing banners members’ sales growth plan and purchasing of potential NAPA parts business in the territory covering British Columbia and the Yukon.
Reporting to the Segment Sales Manager, you are responsible for providing a total solution experience to your clients; and identifying and developing new business opportunities by implementing Regional sales development initiatives and promoting NAPA parts and programs.
Your key areas of responsibility will be to build a NAPA AUTOPRO network that is stable and delivers consistent sales performance growth and to develop business plans and sales growth initiatives for your banner members.
You will plan and create complete plans for implementation and onboarding these new members to NAPA AUTOPRO banner services, programs and training.
You will proactively identify new opportunities and develop plans to grow sales for each of the NAPA AUTOPROs. The BDS is the primary contact for all NAPA AUTOPRO programs for their structured territory of NAPA AUTOPRO dealers and NAPA Auto Parts stores.
