Responsibilities :
1) Manage all sales activity and overall customer relationships within a specific geographic sales territory
2) Manage, maintain and grow existing customer business in assigned territory
3) Work with a team to develop an overall territory account plan and maximize opportunities to generate sales activity with customers, partners and publishers
4) Identify prospects and new customers through strategic partners in assigned geographic regions
5) Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objections in order to maximize opportunities
6) Develop and utilize marketing related events, seminars, mailing, and call campaigns to increase brand awareness and presence in the local market
7) Understand prospect business models, strategic marketing goals and key performance indicators
8) Listen, identify and understand prospect viewpoint and tailor communication to meet prospect’s needs and expectations
9) Manage business development opportunities to increase sales effectiveness
10) Build & maintain a robust sales pipeline, pushing opportunities through the sales cycle to close
Requirements :
1) BS / BA or equivalent
2) Minimum 3 - 7 years of professional sales experience in high-tech or service-related industries, software sales and software licensing experience preferred
3) Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
4) High level of knowledge of internal organization working and Information Technology trends
5) Possess good communication and convincing skills
