Inleiding ONxpress Transportation Partners (ProjectCo) is a consortium between Alstom, Aecon, FCC Construction and Deutsche Bahn International Operations who have entered into an agreement with Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx to deliver the GO Expansion On-Corridor Works project (OnCorr).
Once complete, OnCorr will allow Metrolinx’s rail corridor to run two-day, all-day service at a frequency of every 15 minutes, throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) network.

About the project : This brownfield project will significantly enhance the service delivery proposition for riders across Toronto and surrounding areas and will ensure a long-lasting sustainable economic, environmental and lifestyle contribution to its current and longer-term society needs. Responsibilities :
Develop group-wide standards for IT Infrastructure and Asset Management
Establish architectures, tools, workflows, that enable fast and efficient implementation and integration of IT Systems in the Infrastructure & Asset Management
Ensure collaboration with other entities in the group and Project Co (Holding) to ensure seamless interaction of Infrastructure and Asset Management IT systems and data flows
Establish an overall IT systems architecture, that enables fast and efficient development, systems integration, continuous deployments and incremental improvements around the Infrastructure and Asset Management
Design, develop, implement and coordinate efficient and effective architectural frameworks, guidelines, policies and procedures for Infrastructure and Asset Management Systems and the seamless Data Flow between different EAIS
Reduce inefficiencies in business or IT processes related to IT Infrastructure & Asset Management Systems
Evaluate and implement new technologies to achieve more efficient business processes around Infrastructure & Asset Management Systems
Support business partners with input on IT Infrastructure & Asset Management Systems
Kwalificaties Qualifications :
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Certifications or Designations : Certified Scrum Product Owner, Prince2 Foundation certification
5+ years of experience working in IT development and operations
Has a track record of successfully delivering IT Infrastructure and Asset Management projects, ideally in the rail industry, Rail Vehicle IT and Rail Fixed Asset IT
Specialist domain knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (Fleet Asset Maintenance Management, Fixed Asset Maintenance Management, Fixed Asset Maintenance Management (Civil))
The specialist knowledge of ZEDAS Enterprise Maintenance Management System (EMMS), basic knowledge of IBM Maximo, Infor and HealthHub
Data management and data integration technologies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Deep understanding of lean principles, project management principles, agile methods and modern forms of collaboration (BizDevOps)
High customer benefit orientation
Respectful, appreciative interaction
Experienced in working in complex intercultural environments
Fluency in English
