Heres how
Leverage marketing technology to play a critical role in developing, re-imagining, executing, measuring and optimizing personalized dynamic emails, data integrations, segmentations and quality assurance (QA) to support customer acquisition, upsell, retention and user engagement objectives
Work closely with marketing colleagues to design and implement lifecycle marketing programs that are effective, engaging and revenue generating
Design, program and measure trigger-based journeys and workflows to deliver cross channel marketing capabilities
Measure performance across the customer journey from engagement to funnel velocity and retention metrics
Ideate and support technology integrations (with the Martech stack owner) between marketing platforms, databases and digital systems enabling the build of personalized and dynamic customer touch points using Marketo and Salesforce marketing cloud
Contribute to system architecture to further define and develop email system, as well as other technology / back-end systems
Support change management for marketing and sales teams to ensure proper utilization of Martech
Qualifications
Youre the missing piece of the puzzle
Expert knowledge of and passion for marketing automation platforms
University degree in marketing, commerce or other related subject
3-5 years experience in B2B or B2C multi-channel marketing campaigns, having built cross-channel marketing journeys (Ideation, planning, targeting, list generation, execution, measurement, recommendation)
Makes data-driven decisions to amplify campaigns and inform decisions
Solid relational and project management skills with a sense of ownership
Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks, priorities and competing deadlines
Comfortable applying a contact strategy, developing A / B testing and segmentation / targeting
Flexible presentation and communications skills, able to communicate to all levels of team members from frontline to executive
Energized by problem solving through collaboration with various stakeholders
Great-to-haves
Adobe Marketo Engage certification
Demonstrated experience with multi-channel campaigns to drive user engagement on a mobile app
Fluent in English and French
Experience successfully navigating large, complex companies
