Position Purpose and Summary

TWU GLOBAL is seeking a qualified Coordinator of Partnerships and Agency Agreements (CPAA) to help manage and document partner and agent agreements as well as working with the manager of TWU GLOBAL Office of Compliance for timely and accurate service fee processing and payments for TWU academic and agency partners.

Under the direction of the manager of TWU GLOBAL Office of Compliance, the CPAA will develop and manage a systematic way of filing and managing agent and academic relationships, ensure the storage and centralized coordination of agreements, and ensure the compliance of University policies around commission payments and institutional academic partnership payments.

Key Areas of Accountability

  • Collecting, filing and documenting important partner university agreements appropriately
  • Managing agency agreements to ensure their consistencies and accuracies to agreed terms
  • Working with key agencies in ensuring their work are compliant with signed agency agreements
  • Working with the manager of the Office of Compliance and TWU GLOBAL Branch office in a more time efficient way of processing service fees or commissions to partner universities and agencies
  • Communicating or providing necessary training in-person or via online technologies on TWU policies and understanding of signed agreements.
  • Making sure agency agreements are up to date
  • Working with the Salesforce system in analyzing key agent-driven sales data

    Standards & Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
  • Experience : 1-3 years’ experience in a relevant marketing, recruiting and agency relationship
  • Computer, internet and database literate.
  • Data entry and experience with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Chinese or Hindi, or Vietnamese, Spanish, or Korean language skills desirable.
