Responsibilities :

1) Manage all aspects of the region in a synchronized and efficient manner

2) Conduct performance review and disciplinary actions

3) Design and manage all aspects of sales compensation plan for the Sales Team

4) Create and monitor sales performance management dashboard and rankings

5) Co-ordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the sales organization

6) Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans

7) Develop a matrix of state procurement timelines and work with marketing and strategy to establish sales objectives

8) Establish and communicate both annually and monthly / quarterly sales targets

9) Develop and execute the strategic plan

10) Collaborate on the development of new strategies and technical enhancements

11) Provide idea to help continuously improve solutions and keep the company informed about customer feedback

Requirements :

1) Bachelor's degree in Technology, Operations Management or equivalent

2) Minimum 7+ years of sales experience

3) Proven sales experience in the enterprise software market

4) Working knowledge of value added ROI business process sales engagements

5) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
