Our actuarial team provides both internal expertise to ouroffices nation-wide and creative, innovative solutions to our external Canadianand global clients, both public and private.
As a manager, you will be apart of our People Advisory Services(PAS) Reward practice.You will help clientsaddress pension and benefit issues, while getting exposure to broadercompensation and HR business issues.
You will be a part of multi-disciplinary integrated team of actuaries,human resource, compensation and tax professionals, providing specializedservices in your specialty area.
Your key responsibilities
As a manager, you will join our pension and actuarial team. You will lead many of the engagements, and work with the practice leadership on delivering on others.
You will apply project management expertise and technical and professional knowledge to ensure that the engagement work products are of the highest quality.
Innovation, flexibility and a creative mindset are important for success in this role.
