The Intermediate Project Manager - Engineering will work with Project Managers and technical team members in support of Transit Engineering and Facilities based projects and studies.
We are seeking a hands-on team player who will be able to manager assignments on a daily basis. Specific responsibilities include documentation, development and monitoring of project budgets and schedules for multi-
review and processing of invoices; monitoring the status of accounts receivable and outreach to clients to determine invoice status and secure payment.
Accurate and timely performance and strong multi-tasking skills are essential.
Some of the duties of the Intermediate Project Manager Engineering may include any or all of the following :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; working to having a PEO license is preferred
A PMP designation is definitely preferred
A minimum 5+ years directly related project management experience is required
Must be a proactive, self-starting, detail oriented individual with strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills
Excellent English language written and verbal communications skills are essential
Demonstrated negotiation abilities in working with clients and stakeholders is essential
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, Primavera, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Oracle and PowerPoint. Additional software skills are a plus.
