In a matrix environment, the administrative technician (TA) is based in management and reports hierarchically to the contracts department and functionally to the property manager.
The administration technician has expertise in contractual matters for the administrative and financial aspects of property management (operation of buildings, projects, spaces).
By this fact, it is a reference in these fields and it ensures the execution of the activities and the administrative processes which are attached to it.
have a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience related to the responsibilities.
Compensation : Class 11 - Technical group ($ 25.47 to $ 32.72 / hour)
Schedule : 35 hours / week, 5 days / week
