Oversees the quality of the member experience, sales management, and sales and service coaching for Personal Bankers and Sales and Services Representatives.
Oversees the day-to-day operations of advice centres along with achievement of regional objectives outline by the Sales and Member Experience strategies, including Risk & Compliance.
Focuses on the overall quality and consistency of the member experience by aligning sales targets, cross-selling, and engagement of employees.
Mobility is important for this role as this position is responsible for multiple locations across a defined region.
Because Affinity serves members in communities across Saskatchewan, this position will require the successful candidate to travel between all Regina locations.
