This is an exciting opportunity for someone who as either just obtained their Strata licence or someone who has a had a few years experience in Strata Management and is looking for their next challenge with a leading, established Property Management company!

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client are a family run company based out of Vancouver who have many offices across Canada. They are one of Canada’s largest privately owned residential and commercial property management companies and they are constantly expanding their portfolio.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a Junior Strata Manager position that will report directly to one of the company Directors. You will be working alongside 3 other Property Managers and 2 Property Manager Assistants, and will initially be given a smaller portfolio which will increase with experience.

The company will offer constant support and guidance as well as a training programme for people who are working towards their licence.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is brand new to the industry and is looking to get their foot in the door with a well-established property company who have no signs of slowing down.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Your main job duties will include :

  • Providing property management services to company clients
  • Ensure that all activity is conducted within the appropriate provincial legislation pertaining to the business of third-party property management.
  • Support and maintain all company policies and procedures regarding property operations.
  • Maintain a current, in depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio.
  • Demonstrate strong, fiscally responsible financial management skills in order to meet client expectations.
  • Create site staff teams with a view to maximum property performance.
  • THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working with strata is an asset
  • Experience with Yardi is an asset
  • COMPENSATION

  • $50,000 $55,000 per annum
  • 3 weeks vacation
