Job Title : Director, Majors Partners & Channel Marketing

What we’re looking for :
SOTI is looking for an experienced partner marketing professional to fill an important, high-profile, leadership role on the Global Marketing team.
This is truly an exciting opportunity to take ownership and drive marketing across some of SOTI’s most important reseller partners.
The Director, Majors Partners & Channel Marketing role will have a dual function of managing a set of partners, as well as operating as a team leader, responsible for growing the business of top SOTI partners through planning, executing, and landing impactful go-to-market campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience with reseller marketing and have a history of working directly with sales and sales leadership to deliver strategic marketing programs.
This hands-on role comes with a high degree of autonomy. The incumbent will be encouraged and empowered to be inventive with identifying new ways to go-to-market, and must be willing to roll up their sleeves to help their team with planning and execution, as well as thinking outside the box to always look for new opportunities.
What you’ll do :
Drive partner revenue contribution through impactful campaign development and execution across SOTI products within assigned priority partners
Create strategic partner and customer facing campaigns with long-term and short-term goals, defining key market / solution combinations
Deliver appropriate partner readiness, incentives, and awareness specific to campaigns including marketing and sales guidance, or content needed for scale execution by partners
Attend Industry events, partner meet-ups, join communities and synthesize internal and external research on market and market trends to learn about the market, and disruptive trends in the industries and segments that assigned partners address
Work with your team to create and manage integrated, scalable, marketing plans targeting reseller channel partners that will generate net-new contacts, leads, and revenue
Work as a leader on the Global Marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives
Help manage shared services (i.e., campaign development / deployment, content marketing, event marketing, PR, website, etc.
to support marketing initiative execution
Own lead management and associated funnel analytics for your team, ensuring leads progress and convert into high quality sales qualified opportunities
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns to support partner and key account-focus programs
Function as a Center of Excellence (CoE) and provide leadership, best practices, support and / or training for partner communications and enablement
Measure programs’ ROI through metrics from our marketing automation and CRM tools
Turn product value propositions into effective sales enablement materials such as case studies or presentations for strategic customer meetings or speaking opportunities
Gather market intelligence and analyze competitor initiatives to inform marketing strategy and prioritize tactics and messaging to drive strategic campaign development
Manage budget and work with cross-functional team members to execute campaigns
Build and manage a calendar for demand generation programs across the Americas to provide transparency for, and create alignment with, key stakeholders
What you’ll bring :
Ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and has a minimum of 10 years of practical experience developing and driving partner and / or customer marketing strategy and execution
Experience in product or channel marketing, partner channel development, business development, alliance management, event planning and execution, and through partner marketing in the technology industry
Be able to effectively drive cross-group communication and cooperation, using strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education / experience
Strong business acumen, with ability to understand how various parts of the business interconnect, to make smart marketing decisions and achieve business goals and objectives
Thorough understanding of all sales cycle stages, and the role marketing plays with each step associated with closing an opportunity
Experience with technology marketing preferred
Experience managing teams both local and in remote locations and working with cross-functional teams and directly with sales teams
Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives, channels and stakeholders simultaneously, and independently drive outcomes
Experience with reseller and customer marketing campaigns, with knowledge of how to create demand and accelerate opportunities
Experience with brand building and marketing communications an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making focus
Experience with CRM (i.e., Salesforce) & Marketing Automation (i.e., Pardot) preferred
Ability to travel and work flexible hours
