Responsibilities :
1) Recruitment Operations Support
Work with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers within the recruitment process.
Track all candidate communication and progress.
Follow through on Candidate communication at various steps of the recruiting process.
Work with social media and various job boards in posting job requirements.
Review incoming resume and sort the candidate pool based on minimum qualifications.
Facilitate in-house pre-screens and interviews with candidates. 2) Consultant Clerical Support
Assist in documenting reference checks, prescreen and interview notes.
Assist in generating internal reports and assist with recruiting metrics. Requirements :
Enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor’s degree program or above within the field of HR / Commerce or related disciplines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to interpersonal skills.
Must be highly detail orientated, organized and able to multi-task.
Ability to self-prioritize and manage time in a face-paced environment.
A strong sense of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong interest in Chinese culture.
