  • Accept inboundcalls from customers
  • Providestellar customer service
  • Gatherinformation form the customer to make appropriate recommendations for newproducts and services
  • Effectivelyresolve issues or concerns

  • Exceptionalcommunication skills in Portuguese and English (verbal and written)
  • Ability tothrive in a dynamic environment
  • Six months ormore of customer service experience
  • Handy with MSWindows and other computer applications
