Responsibilities

  • Scan all customer property equipment under various programs.
  • Reconcile scans within the database to ensure accurate records.
  • Support all project engineering and project tasks.
  • Provides assistance in the control, issue and maintenance of all customer property under the direction of the Customer Property Specialist.
  • Control, administration, and maintenance of all project customer property using a tracking database.
  • Provide support to the project engineering team and for any project task.
  • Liaise with Contracts, Materials, Purchasing, and Vendors to support project requirements.
  • Interface with the Configuration Management Group as required.
  • Responsible to conduct programmed or reconciliation stocktaking events of all customer property.
  • Assist in customer property stocktaking and Customer audits.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external participants.
  • Assist with any customer property administration duties as required with Contracts, Materials, Purchasing, and Vendors to support project requirements.
  • Assist with shipping instructions.
  • Support the Customer Property SharePoint page; documentation uploads.
  • Perform other related duties as required by the Customer Property Specialist.
  • Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, and Access).
  • Experience with SharePoint applications.
  • Experience with inventory control systems.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills would be an asset.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of team.
  • EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience will be considered.
  • The ability to communicate in both official languages would be consider an asset.
  • Minimum 10 year consecutive residence in Canada for Canadian Secret Security Clearance
