    Daniel is one of ourCustomer Service / Operations Coordinators, which means he’sresponsible for assigning priorities and providing direction forcustomer service, as well as for ensuring that operations,clerical, and office activities are all well managed.

    His positionrequires customer-service and problem-solving skills, which Danielhas in spades.

    He also has an uncanny talent forplaying bridge. He says it’s because his late grandmother whisperstips in his ear, but we like to think he’sjoking.

    Still, this is Daniel. He is one ofus.

    Now, if you were to come onboard as one of our Customer Service / Operations Coordinators, we’dask you to do thefollowing :

  • Understand and beknowledgeable of BEST operational standards, and monitor servicearea performance against thesestandards
  • Provide weekly updates on objectivesand identify any issues or opportunities pertaining to customerservice, service area compliance, andmarkdowns
  • Review weekly MAP and CommPak, andsupport communication of change to service areas, updatingappropriate communications boards
  • Helpincorporate sales information to drive sales for your given area ofresponsibility, which includes all frontline features, fixtures,and jewelry
  • Assign and direct the work of yourfellow Associates
  • Ensure that operation,clerical, and office activities are wellmanaged
  • Maintain and present information oncommunications boards
  • Support the delivery ofexceptional customer service
  • Hold the authorityto approve returns, customer-requested markdowns, Associate bagchecks, merchandise holds, etc.
  • Train anddevelop all Associates in cash office and markdown procedures andpolicies
  • Conduct new hireorientations
  • Maintain a store cross-trainingchart

  • You have two years ofrelevant experience, which you can use to build a stable and brightfuture here at WMI
  • You have strong technicalknowledge of all store systems
  • You have strongproblem-solving and customer-service skills that will help yourespond to customer complaints and inquiries, identify stated andunstated customer needs, and respond to inquiries fromAssociates
  • Your communication skills includeverbal, written, active-listeningskills
