In this role we’re looking for someone to help drive people, events, and administrative tasks so that experiences are frictionless and the team meets their goals.

Bonus points if you like popping popcorn. What you’ll be doing : Plans, coordinates and executes on department wide events Assists with the preparation of confidential memos, reports, and presentations to the eComm & Technology department as directed by the Leadership team.
Assists with calendar management and books meetings that involve complex schedules Acts as a resource centre for all departmental processes and systems to help employees and leaders get the information they need to get their work done Maintains various operational documents for the department (e.
g. expenses, seating charts) Ensure that departmental office operations run smoothly Supports the leadership in document creation in tools such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Assists with booking complex travel plans and itineraries for the eComm & Technology Leadership team.
Exceeds customer service standards both with internal and external stakeholders. Acts as a first aid and safety champion ensuring policies are well known and followed by others We hope you’re passionate about : Being resourceful to get stuff done Organizing all the little details so that people’s experiences are frictionless What you’ll need to succeed : Excellent computer skills with advance proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel 2 yrs of experience in a role that had a significant communication component that contained both written and verbal communication 2 yrs experience working in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking, organizing / prioritizing, and time management were critical for success Self-starter who is results oriented and can follow through on commitments Customer service orientation Collaboration and conflict resolution skills Event planning for 200+ people
