Amazon is seeking a delivery-oriented Senior Regional Talent Supply Chain Engagement Leader to join our Workforce Staffing team.

This role will focus on providing our candidates with the same amazing experience that our customers have come to expect from Amazon.

com. The Senior Regional Talent Supply Chain Engagement Leader will focus in the areas of community engagement, candidate experience, placement, process improvement, strategy development and will lead a team of Engagement Managers, Engagement Team Leads, and Engagement Coordinators.

This role will manage a team of direct reports across 90-100 Amazon facilities delivering about 53,000 hires per year. Core Responsibilities : 1.

Leads staffing team execution across multiple nodes in the expansion and continuous improvement of Amazon’s North American Workforce Staffing organization 2.

Anticipates future business needs and identifies investments needed, and builds the infrastructure to ensure optimization capability is geared toward (or even ahead of) business demand 3.

Improves candidate experience - represents company and candidate interests, monitors SLAs, provides ongoing feedback, and address service issues 4.

Drives staffing Best Practices with respect to improvement of work methods and standards 5. Understands the Amazon employment value proposition and uses that data to develop workforce planning initiatives 6.

Sets KPI’s benchmarks, metrics, and understands how to prioritize to meet and exceed all business SLAs 7. Evolves and implements cross-

functional staffing solutions to support new business models 8. Leads and drives projects with increasing scale and complexity Manages programs through completion.

9. Executes corporate-wide initiatives defines project plans, assembles resources, manages implementation activities, and develops all processes associated with rollout and ongoing support 10.

Leads resource planning in accordance to Amazon’s budgeting and planning cycles. 11. Improves candidate experience - represents company and candidate interests, monitors SLAs, provides ongoing feedback, and addresses service issues.

Brings clarity and drives decisions on issues that are highly complex and / or impacting multiple business lines 12. Handles issue resolution, prioritization, and escalations autonomously 13.

Makes recommendations to key stakeholders on building appropriate systems, processes, and reports and Influences stakeholders as it relates to WFS strategies Expected Deliverables : · Management and ownership of cost per hire through oversight of labor, advertising and other talent acquisition costs · Management of the talent supply chain utilizing lean methodology · Management of candidate cycle time, conversion rates and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark or above · Ongoing consultation and guidance to finance and operations to optimize labor acquisition strategy · Increasing influence and demonstrated return on investment from community engagement strategies · Meet or exceed associate experience service levels and KPI’s measured by hiring activity results and defect reduction · Deliver Monthly business reviews to measure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction · Growth of team’s core and advanced skills sets measured by progression in their career path Critical Leadership Principles : · Deliver Results, Think Big, Hire and Develop the Best, Are Right A Lot, Insist on the Highest Standards

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field · 10+ years’ experience in business analytics and reporting or demand forecasting · 10+ years’ experience in program management, supply chain management, consulting background · 7+ years Management experience · Proven ability to influence C-
  • level leadership · Proven experience in establishing partnership with senior business leaders to develop and lead the continuous improvement strategy across multiple sites · Experience managing and prioritizing multiple sites, projects and relationships · Possess the skills necessary to lead field teams in their ability to develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly action plans · Collaborate and communicate with business leaders on best practices, internal and external benchmarking, workforce acquisition data and program development · Ability to develop and implement operational processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams · Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws · Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads · Possess excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills · Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion · Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances · Solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment · Excellent customer service and bias for action · Relentless focus on customer experience · Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and / or overnight shifts · Travel up to 75% required

    Preferred Qualifications
