The role of the Coordinator, Projects is to forecast and summarize the budgets, schedules, and milestones for all Store Planning, Store Design, Procurement, Construction, and Facilities capital projects (new stores, major / minor renovations and all Merchant capital initiatives).

The Coordinator, Projects will always work towards continually developing and improving the processes and communications.

  • You Also Have :

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to develop and train store leadership team on new strategic processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Problem solving ability
  • As The Projects Coordinator you will :

  • Assist the Sr. Manager, Projects with maintaining accountabilities for all project schedules / milestones
  • Maintain consistent and regular follow up and communication of current and upcoming deliverables across all groups (Store Planning, Store Design, Procurement, Construction and Facilities).
  • Establish relationships with the Merchants, Vendors, Finance, Store Planning, Construction, Store Design, and Procurement teams.

  • Facilitate the communication of weekly Tracker meeting minutes and assist the Sr. Manager, Projects with the weekly management / updates to the Project Tracker.
  • Must be able to lead regularly scheduled meetings / updates with all teams in the absence of the Snr Manager, Projects.

  • Support Sn Manager, Projects with managing financials for projects, Includes maintaining / updating established project cost database, building budgets, tracking spend to budget and project invoicing and close out.
  • Record and track the details of any / all project specific meetings and communicate notes / follow-ups / responsibilities.
  • Assist Snr Manager, Projects with Letter of Agreements through coordination, communication, and follow up related to vendor investments / partnerships.
  • This process includes direct communication with the Vendor(s), Merchants, Finance, Legal, Store Planning, and Construction.

  • Data gather and follow up with the Vendor and Construction teams for final pricing of the project. Using this to create and amend Purchase Orders to tie the projects financially to the LOA’s.
  • Assist Snr Manager, Projects with the annual capital requests by assisting in the coordination, communication, and follow up related to vendor shop and merchant initiative requests.
  • These processes include assisting in the development of presentation decks, recaps, and communications.
