Sr Product Analyst, Brampton, ON

As a Sr. Product Analyst, you will be working closely with the business units to capture business requirements, facilitate communication, and collaborate with the Pharmacy Management product teams and stakeholders to monitor the design, testing and deployment of new and enhanced solutions.

What You’ll Do :

  • Work in collaboration with application team and business users to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform / application objectives as a suite of stories and / or specifications
  • Negotiate effectively with business to clarify needs vs. wants and likes to balance business requirements with cost of development
  • Partner with Architecture, security and other cross functional teams
  • Research and evaluate software technology options
  • Help manage, support, and prioritize the Product team's backlog by articulating risks and impacts of new features and fixes
  • Partner with the delivery teams to define an overall testing approach, prioritize defects and support resolution where necessary to ensure that we adhere to our high quality standards
  • Effectively communicate risks, issues and roadblocks to business users to drive alignment and expectations
  • What you Bring :

  • Experience working on Pharmacy Management and Supporting Systems
  • An understanding or experience working in a diverse agile team using Agile / Dev Ops principles using tools like JIRA & its modules in the ecosystem (e.g. Confluence, TM4J)
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and commitment and the capability to drive issues to closure
  • Ability to leverage various collaborative problem solving techniques
  • Understanding of Cloud API’s and scalability
  • Present ideas in a clear and concise manner, tailor communication style and messaging to the audience
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn automation techniques : writing automation and test scripts
  • Familiarity with the use of test frameworks for automation of functional / non-functional, regression and risk-based testing
  • Strong technical road mapping skills
