Responsibilities :

  • Support the Field Service business with expense reporting, invoice documentation, project scheduling, and document control.
  • Reports to the Contoller Canada and will support Financial Analyst team with inputs for forecasting.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports for Field Service team, ensuring costs are allocated to proper projects and / or cost centres.
  • Prepare invoice documentation for Field Service projects, ensuring that all invoicing packages are accurate and transparent for customers and account for all time and expenses.
  • Assist with scheduling on projects working closely with Field Services Coordinator to ensure employees are scheduled most effectively for completion of projects.
  • Assist with purchase requisitions on projects as well as Indirect Purchases.
  • Ensure processes are followed to comply with internal and external Risk and Internal Controls.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks, such as travel accommodations for Field Service team.
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Oracle and Oracle Project Accounting Module an asset
  • Strong communicator, organized with the ability to identify problems and craft a solution
