We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Accounting Department at Head Office in Abbotsford, BC as a Accounts Receivable Analyst .
This is a Full-Time, Regular position.
The Accounts Receivable Analyst role is dynamic, and operates in a fast-paced environment. It requires an aptitude for analysis, investigating errors, and providing solutions to our dealership locations across Canada.
Teamwork, respect, integrity, and a great attitude are necessary to succeed in this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
Performing account reconciliations to resolve issues and keeping all customer account balances current.
Matching receipts with deposit summary batches.
Payment processing, refund reviews and account adjustments.
Generating and sending out customer invoices and / or statements.
Posting deals / bill of sales.
Analyzing Accounts Receivable operations and identify areas for improvement.
Enforcing policies and procedures for the Accounts Receivable department.
Training and providing support to dealership location staff.
Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Proven 3+ years of experience in A / R in a fast-paced, high volume workplace.
Proven 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Accounting ERP software preferably IDS-Astra (Integrated Dealership System) software is an added advantage.
Experience with Automotive Deal Posting is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Ability to communication articulately and efficiently.
Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
Ability to work independently.
