Answering the switchboard and distributing calls
Greeting / Assisting walk-in clients
Assist with client payments
Prepare deposits and banking
Opening , sorting, scanning & distributing incoming & outgoing courier & mail
Claims notice processing
Respond / forward requests received from brokers & clients via phone, email and fax
Any other duties that may be assigned including ordering office supplies and special project coordination
